Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

All sales are final. 

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason except if an incorrect order is received. 

Shipping/handling cost are non-refundable. 

If your order is damaged during shipment, please file a claim with the carrier. 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address for delivery at the time of ordering.  If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling cost back to you upon receipt of the return mail.  You will need to reorder the product if so desired. The term incorrect address includes but is not limited to missing apartment, building, suite numbers, incorrect city/states names or etc. 

7 Summer Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have questions about your delivery, please contact the carrier and provide the tracking number.

Once orders are placed, we are unable to change, remove or edit it. Including but not limited to adding/removing items, change of product choice, order modifications, shipping modifications (except for small errors such missing unit, apartment or building number, prior to shipping). 

We promise to only use your personal information in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy. The following policies are only in effect for the web pages, newsletters, discussion lists, and announcement lists owned and operated by 7 Summer Beauty, LLC.  The terms “7 Summer Beauty”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” used in this Privacy Policy refers to 7 Summer Beauty, LLC.  The terms “Personal Data” and “Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information about you such as your name, e-mail address or mailing address.  This Privacy Policy describes 7 Summer Beauty, LLC’s current policies and practices regarding how your personal data is collected, used, and shared by 7 Summer Beauty when you visit or make a purchase from 7summerbeauty.com(“site”). “Personal Information” mentioned in this Privacy Policy, refers “Device Information and Order Information”.
